Andrew_BagnallAndrew Bagnall - President

Andrew Bagnall serves as president and CEO of HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire and HSHS Western Wisconsin Division. He currently serves as president of the Sacred Heart Hospital Board of Directors. Bagnall is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned his Master’s Degree in Health Administration and Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. As a member of HSHS since 2010, Bagnall previously served as President and CEO of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI.


jeff-halloinJeff Halloin - Chair

Jeff Halloin currently serves as chair of the board for both hospitals. Mr. Halloin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in Wisconsin and Illinois and specializes in Finance and Real Estate development. He is currently the President and CEO of Charter Bankshares, Inc., the parent company of Charter Bank. He is also the President of his family businesses, Landmark Company and Landstar Builders, Inc.. In addition, he serves as the secretary of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Eau Claire.


james-dockseyJames Docksey - Vice Chair

James Docksey currently serves as vice chair of the board for both hospitals. He is a financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments in Chippewa Falls. He has served on the St. Joseph’s Hospital Board of Directors since 2007 and on the Sacred Heart Hospital Board of Directors since 2008. Docksey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Eau Claire.


Jerry_JacobsonJerry Jacobson - Secretary

Jerry Jacobson currently serves as secretary of the board for both hospitals. He has served on the St. Joseph’s Hospital Board of Directors since 2011. Jacobson is the president of Northwestern Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UW-Eau Claire, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.  


lon-blaserLon Blaser, D.O.

Dr. Lon Blaser, a retired rheumatologist, has served on the St. Joseph’s Hospital Board of Directors since 2007. Dr. Blaser previously served as the medical director of Group Health Cooperative in Eau Claire, retiring in 2010. He received his medical degree from Michigan State University, and completed an internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, an internal medicine residency at Marshfield Clinic and a rheumatology fellowship at UW-Madison. Dr. Blaser also holds a master’s degree in social work from St. Louis University.

Patti Darley is an active community volunteer in Chippewa Falls. Prior to retirement, she worked as a project coordinator at Xcel Energy in the strategic sales and marketing department, customer service/public relations focused. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University.


Tina-NazierTina Nazier

Tina Nazier is the Health Care Strategic Alignment Director for Wipfli LLP in Eau Claire. She served as an Advisory Council member at Sacred Heart Hospital for a number of years and is very engaged in the Eau Claire community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and master of business administration from Cardinal Stritch University.


greg-heilerGreg Heiler, M.D.

Dr. Greg Heiler is a board certified anatomic and clinical pathologist with Pathology Service Corporation. He has served on the Sacred Heart Hospital Board of Directors since 2010. Dr. Heiler holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, also completing his pathology residency at the University of Minnesota.

Peter Mannix is the vice president of strategy development and implementation of Hospital Sisters Health System, a multi-hospital Catholic health care system based in Springfield, Ill. He holds a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Binghamton and an MHA from St. Louis University. Mannix is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.


Sister_Bernadine_GutowskiSister Bernadine Gutowski, O.S.F.

Sister Bernadine Gutowski is a member of Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis. Her current role is performing vocation ministry for her community in the Chicago area. Sister Bernadine has served in a leadership role for the community and on boards of other HSHS hospitals in Wisconsin and Illinois. She holds a Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
